PLTFRMS Peering Policy

Overview

PLTFRMS.network operates an open peering policy.

We are willing to peer with any network at shared Internet Exchange Points (IXPs), provided that basic operational and technical requirements are met.

Peering Locations

We prefer to establish peering sessions at shared IXPs where both parties are present.

Requirements

To establish peering with PLTFRMS.network, the following requirements should be met:

  • A publicly registered ASN
  • A valid and maintained IRR entry
  • Properly configured routing policies
  • Responsive Network Operations Contact (NOC)
  • Adherence to common routing best practices (e.g., filtering, no route leaks)

Routing Policy

  • We announce our own prefixes and customer prefixes
  • We accept:
    • Customer routes
    • Peers’ own prefixes
  • We do not accept:
    • Transit routes from peers

Traffic Expectations

There are no strict traffic ratio requirements. However, traffic should be generally balanced and mutually beneficial.

While PLTFRMS.network maintains an open peering policy, we explicitly reserve the right to refuse or terminate a peering request at any time, for any reason, without obligation to provide justification.
