[PYMNT]

Introduction

PYMNT is the payments and financial operations layer within PLTFRMS.

It provides everything you need to create, manage, and process payments β€” from invoices and online checkouts to merchant onboarding and payouts β€” all within a single, unified system.

What is PYMNT?

PYMNT enables you to:

  • Create and manage invoices and orders
  • Accept payments through hosted checkouts
  • Manage merchants and onboarding flows
  • Handle payouts and financial operations
  • Integrate both online and in-person payments (e.g. Tap-to-Pay, terminals)

All functionality is accessible through the PLTFRMS API, allowing you to fully automate and integrate payment flows into your own products.

Built on regulated infrastructure

PYMNT operates in partnership with an accredited Payment Service Provider (PSP).

Through this partnership, PLTFRMS is able to:

  • Create and manage merchant accounts
  • Handle large parts of the onboarding process
  • Support compliance and KYC workflows

Funds are handled securely through a stichting derdengelden (third-party funds foundation), which is regulated and accepted by De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB).

This ensures that:

  • Customer funds are kept separate and protected
  • Payment flows meet regulatory requirements
  • The platform operates within a trusted financial framework

Full control over payment flows

PYMNT is designed to give you control over the entire payment lifecycle.

From the moment a payment is initiated to the final payout, you can manage:

  • Checkout experiences
  • Order and invoice lifecycle
  • Payment processing
  • Settlement and payouts

Because everything is integrated, you don’t have to stitch together multiple providers β€” PYMNT provides a cohesive flow from start to finish.

Part of the PLTFRMS ecosystem

PYMNT integrates seamlessly with other PLTFRMS products, such as:

  • IAM for authentication and access control
  • CMPNY for communication and administration
  • Event systems for real-time updates and workflows

This allows you to build fully automated financial flows as part of a larger platform.

Where to start

To get started with PYMNT:

  • Begin with On-boarding to understand setup requirements
  • Review Required information for compliance and merchant setup
  • Explore Invoices or Hosted checkouts to start accepting payments

From there, you can expand into terminals, payouts, and more advanced flows.
